How It Works: Our service begins with an assessment by our Lead Training Specialist (LTS), who will analyse the current evacuation procedures. The LTS will collaborate with the Fire Safety Manager and key personnel, such as Fire Wardens, to ensure everyone is clear on the drill procedures.
Next, the LTS will conduct a detailed briefing for your team, outlining the essential elements of a successful evacuation and addressing common mistakes to avoid.
Following the briefing, we will conduct a live evacuation drill. The fire alarm is activated to initiate the drill, and the LTS will monitor adherence to protocol, time the evacuation, and observe staff performance throughout.
Afterward, our LTS will provide immediate feedback, recognising good practices and identifying any areas for improvement. A written report summarizing the drill’s outcomes will be provided for documentation in your Fire Register.
